My nephew Landon arrived last night and Lily was in heaven! Landon helped put Lily to bed and I was so happy to capture it.

Cousin love? Sounds like Downton Abbey
Today my little princess turns TWO! This last year really has flown by. I think the first year I was a zombie so I don’t remember much. This year we didn’t have any sleep issues…and its amazing what you can do when you have sleep. This past year has been great. Lily has really taught us what life is about. And yes its corny…but we couldn’t imagine life without her. I know people always say that…but now I know just how they feel. Lily is going to daycare today and then her nama and papa’s since Dan and I bowl on tuesdays. I feel slightly guilty. ha! However…Dan and I just spent a four day weekend with her and yesterday we took her to the Zoo! Plus Saturday is her big party so I shouldn’t feel guilty right? And it gets better…As I am writing this its 9:30am and the little peanut is STILL sleeping! I guess on your birthday sleeping in is a must right? Def my daughter
After we got home from the Zoo yesterday we decided to give her the big gift instead of waiting for Saturday. Dan and I bought Lily a Mini Cooper! Oh yes…A matching cooper to Mommy! She LOVED it! She kept saying Lily drive car! And would not get out. It was hilarious! If you ask her is it Lily’s Birthday? She says…Lily drive new car! We also told her when her cousin Landon comes he will help her drive (its an electric car so Lily can only play in it…needs a little help). So she would tell us “Landon sit here.” LOL.

They were inside and it was dark and a bunch of people crowded around the windows. Lily did get to see the baby but I was a little bummed that I did not snag a photo. We were going to go back and then Lily got tired so we had to leave the zoo. Next time.
Happy Birthday Lily! I just want to say THANK YOU Dan and Whitney for taking the time to do this blog. Without it I don’t know when I would get around to writing and seeing Lily. I know I still haven’t hugged her, but I do feel lost if I don’t check out the web site everyday to learn what is going on in her life. It helps me feel close to family even though I am far away. I love all of you soooo much and can’t wait until the day I can fly up there and see everyone. Oh yeah, I have to remember to buy a lottery ticket. Not really, I just need to make a plan and do it. Have a great party Lily and enjoy the cupcakes. Love GGMA
Holy cow, I can’t believe she’s TWO! Happy Birthday to the sweet girl!!!
Hi all. We’ve had snow this week, thought Lily would like to make a snow man. We also had some friends that brought thier new puppy to socialize with our Meggie-dog. They got along just fine. Sure wore themselves out….they slept all afternoon. The yards are all dug up, we’re putting in 3 frost free faucets and in this area, they have to be six feet down. I hope you received Lilys Birthday box. I went a little wild, so I’ll send some more next month, Pop-pop has a cold, I guess it is from all the horse back riding in cold weather. I’ve taken up greeting card making…..it is rather fun. I hope the summer cloths fit our little lady, and that we will see her in them in at least one of her picturesl. We are all fine, still busy with home nd churćh. Wayne is much improved. Gotta go. Kiss the Girl of the day, for me, Much love pop-pop and Nana demo Montana.

Pretty sure my mouth dropped open. And a “Hell NO” might have came out. And actually I think my sis may have been asking if I would ever dress Lily in this. Dont worry. She was totally kidding (at least she better have been). But seriously what the hell. I will tell you this is from Gap. Which made me wonder if Tim Gunn needed to take a little visit to the designer. The word “EDIT” comes to mind…and just plain “I dont get it”. The bow is just a nice touch. Gag. It gets better. Once I gagged on this she kept sending me pics…
Im slightly confused about what crazy person thought this up and then second what was Gap thinking? I have always thought I loved pretty much anything Gap and would put Lily in their clothes as the are usually pretty fabulous. Until Now. If you love these shirts. I forgive you. If you buy them for my daughter…I will not. HA HA! Just teasing. Sorta. Ill admit Dan tried to tell me they are not that bad and that they are Urban Hip. Well. He can wear them…and Ill Politely laugh at him. And not behind his back.
Thankfully the real outfit Destiny bought is perfect and the Gap I Love. Thanks Dest for the laugh and letting me share your fabulous pics.

It really is a bit crazy to me that its Lily’s 3rd Easter…even though she is just turning two. For this Easter…Lily did not get just one Easter Basket…Or Even just two. Nope. Miss Spoiled has gotten THREE Easter Baskets and one more on the way…making a total of Four! I want to know WHERE IS MINE! ha ha. I only have photos of two….but of course she had her basket from us and the Sanow family gave her one too. Grandma Nancy brought one over (forgot to get a pic) and Grandma Teri is bringing her one when she comes to visit in a couple weeks. This was the first year that Easter really was fun for Lily. She got to find eggs in the Sanow’s backyard with Esme and Ellerie. She also really gets the concept of presents so its fun for her to “open” all her basket goodies. We had the most beautiful day for Easter this year so we were able to BBQ and enjoy an entire afternoon outside with friends. The kids were in heaven playing outside too. Thanks to the Sanow’s for hosting…it was the first time in a while that we were not the host of a party or event and it was AWESOME! It was weird…but Awesome! Here is some fun pics from the day ….
